    Superb Service!!

    Great support

    Received item in time frame promised.

    I am particularly impressed with MTB Direct as I had previously ordered the wrong cassette. I needed to return it and the process of returns is made incredibly easy by this mob. Their email support was also excellent, especially given that they were going through a full Covid19 lock-down at the time. So accolades to the staff!
