The latest iteration of the popular GR9's, the GR903 is Shimano's flagship downhill and Enduro flat pedal shoe with gravity optimised Ultread GR rubber compound and a pattern designed to deliver outstanding grip and walkability.
With a casual skater style with standard laces, the shoes feature an asymmetrically raised padded ankle collar and a robust toe cap for added protection.
The durable rubber outsole has water drainage channels and the synthetic leather and mesh upper absorbs less water and dries quickly

- MitchI do not recommend this productRated 2 stars1 month agosolid but won't last
Feels great, the fit, the roominess, the hold around your heel, the stiffness of the sole, all feel great. But I'm getting individual chunks of tread torn off after 30hrs of push runs, i.e. maybe only 5-10 hrs of descending

The shimano GR903 has the most grip I have experienced. This is the third brand pair of shoes I have tried in the last year and in my opinion they have tremendous grip.
As for durability they are still new so I can't comment yet.
