Description

Designed with feedback from Fox's Elite race team! The Launch Pro D3O utilises anatomically designed panels and construction to ensure they are comfortable throughout your ride. Combined with breathable Ariaprene neoprene and a moisture-wicking back panel, these pads will provide outstanding ventilation considering the amount of protection they offer. The biggest feature is the D3O padding! D3O remains flexible in its normal state but hardens instantaneously when you impact an object. With an extra removable hardshell plate, these will give you amazing protection and comfort. If you're the type of rider that loves all-mountain riding, these are perfect for you. They remain comfortable enough to for longer riders, yet give you class leading protection on gnarly descents.

    Comfortable with decent protection

    I have hit the ground hard with these multiple times and they stay put and keep my elbows in tact. The elastic does tend to stretch a bit after about 18 months (Around 2-4 hours hard riding a week) but they still tend to stay in place. This is my 3rd set due to a couple of awkward falls that resulted in tearing of the inside material (minimal damage to me thankfully).

    Solid, well ventilated elbow pads

    Great pads which protect well. Well ventilated for such solid pads. I used the measurement advice and initially bought a large which was too big. I got a refund from MTB direct which was easy and bought the mediums which fit great.

    I could not get them up my forearms let alone my bicep in the biggest size

    Fox D3O elbow pads

    They have been great - fit well,stay put, lightweight and offer good protection without too much bulk. They look cool too!
