My 11 year old twin nephews each received one of these hydration packs for Christmas, as they are keen mountain bike riders. Fitted them well and look tough enough to not fall apart easily. Hydration bladder will ensure that these active boys will not easily get thirsty when out riding. Small pockets handy for storing other items on a day out. Bought this for my niece (9 years) for Christmas, as she enjoys mountain bike riding with her older brothers. Good quality backpack, which I am sure will have many hours of use. It also got my niece's approval, which is sometimes difficult! Was this helpful?

Purchased two of these in camo for my two eldest boys, 8 and 6, they are so great I purchased another straight up for my 4 year old. High quality, light weight and my boys love them. A good way to encourage kids to rehydrating with water. Was this helpful?

Purchased for my 2.5yr old daughter to convince her to get out on the bike more often. More expensive than my "waterbottle backpack" (as she calls it) that I got from Anaconda, but you can tell the difference in the quality.
Nice sized pockets that fits the keys to her house, an easter egg and "the dummy that she's not going to suck on but we have to pack it anyway".
The valve can be left open without water leaking everywhere and the adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit on her. Massive screw cap on the bladder makes it easy to get on/off for refilling or draining.
The only change I'd make is a clip to secure the water valve on the shoulder strap. There's a fabric strap you can slot it under, but it's a bit tricky to get it in and out of if you're on the move (too tricky for her) but a clip would work better, rather than having to stop or have it flap around.
Will definitely get another one when the young fella is old enough. Was this helpful?
- MichaelI recommend this productRated 5 stars3 years agoPerfect for little shredders
This pack is insanely good for little shredders. Fits my five-year-old perfectly, and he loves having his own water, tools, and snacks. Bladder size is good enough for at least a half day ride or longer, and is easy to clean. The 5 year old says it's comfortable, and easy to drink from. What more could you want? Was this helpful?
