Description

The 661 DBO knee pads are designed to take a beating. With D30 shock-absorbing material they are highly impact resistant and highly flexible. Based on the popular EVO knee pad, they offer much of the same technology but at a more affordable price point. It doesn't matter if you are trail riding all day or bombing big downhill runs, the 661 DBO will keep you comfortable and well protected.

Who's this item for: Designed to be comfortable for long periods of time the 661 DBO are great from anything from Trail riding to DH.

Protection Style: They feature a D30 T5 Evo shock-absorbing insert. D30 is soft and flexible normally but becomes firm upon heavy contact. This offers certified level one protection against impacts.

Materials: Made with a neoprene lower sleeve, and the D30 insert.

Closure or Slip-on: These are a slip-on style knee pad, with a single hook and loop closure at the top of the pad for extra security. They also feature padlock connectors at the top to integrate with 661 protective shorts.

Length of knee pad: The protective sleeve extends from just above the knee to midway down your shin.

Protection level: These are medium-duty protection. D30 offers excellent protection against impacts but doesn't offer as much protection as hardshell pads against abrasions.

Removable protective inserts for washing: The inserts are non-removable.

Pros: They are flexible and most importantly comfortable. They offer excellent protection for the price point and are available in youth sizing.

Cons: You may want hard shell protection if you are smashing DH runs day in and day out.
