We’re not haters. We don’t hate on other types of cycling, competitors, brands, styles of riding or anything else. We can be passionate about what we love, without hating on others in the process.

We always keep things “G” rated and professional. We love seeing families and kids getting out on bikes, we love seeing more women riding, we love seeing EVERYONE riding!
TIME IS VALUABLE
Time is a super important commodity - we are mindful not to waste our own or anyone else's time.
We are always looking for ways to improve and things may not feel 'settled' for our team - but that's how we get better!
We don't do "gut feel". We use data whenever possible to prove/disprove theories and to make decisions.
