Description

Eliminate that pesky rubbing brake rotor with the Cleanskin Rotor Truing Fork. It can be pretty tricky and quite annoying to align your brake rotor properly without the right tool. The truing fork has two laser cut slots that provide different amounts of leverage so you can dial in the best adjustment.

Who's this item for: This is a great tool for any rider or home mechanic as unfortunately, brake rotors aren't always perfectly true out of the box and they'll always get a bit warped at some stage. The alignment will make setting up your brake calipers a cinch.

    Exactly as described (Staff Review)

    Beware fellow travellers, truing a rotor is not as easy as it may appear on the YouTubes, it takes time and patience.

    Truing a rotor is an art form and this fork is your paintbrush, the artwork will only be as good as the artist, the brush is just the tool that allows the work to be born.

    Never-the-less this is an awesome tool, and is exactly as it is described.

    Braking performance

    Great item. My son said these were useless, funny how he is only one that has needed to use them so far. Very handy item have in the tool bag.

    Much better than your Dad's old pliers... ‰

    Been meaning to get my hands on one of these for a while now, and I'm glad I got one. With the two "grab slots", this will help you getting your rotors spinning nice and true.

    From miniscule bends, all the way to "boomerang shaped" rotors, all you need is a bit of patience and one of these to get you back on the trails.

    Can you do the same with a set of pliers?, well maybe... but then again, you could also do more damage and find yourself in need of new rotors...

    So in my mind, a definite valuable addition to your toolbox.
